Rollerskating
The Concrete Club host regular local Learn to Skate programs and Roller Dance workshops with opportunities of roving roller performances at events, and roller dance performances.
Our team of facilitators led by Jacque Ashworth and Kahleah Neemia who have been skating for over 15 years, in many styles including Roller Derby, Skate Park skating and Roller Dance. Jacque and Kahleah offer mentorship programs with pathways for upcoming skaters to assist with group facilitation and work at event. Our team love nothing more than to share the joy of skating.
TCC have collaborated with SWAMS to deliver roller skating workshops for both NAIDOC youth events and the Strong Spirit, Strong Mind outreach program. We have travelled to Esperance to provide roller skate workshops and a disco for the crew who participated in the Teen Challenge residential drug & alcohol rehabilitation program.
