Hybrid Web

Puppet Making Workshops

Funded by DLGSC

During Term 1 of 2022 The Concrete Club collaborated with Folk of the Puppetree to present The Hybrid Web. A 10 week program for young people  exploring themes of community identity and how we fit into the web of Margaret River.  These workshops provided numerous multi-disciplinary art forms behind puppet making, costume design and making, and story boarding. Simultaneously working with another group of young people doing lyric and songwriting workshops with the fabulous Bec Schoefiled and Dave Mann from The Nomadics. The outcome being a beautiful film clip of Hybrid Puppets and an original song all created by the Young Folk of Margaret River.
